Her coaching  model is grounded in the Co-Active Coaching Model by Kimsey-House, Sandahl and Whitworth (“being” rather than “doing”).  She applies elements of the Gestalt Approach and the Energy Leadership teachings of Bruce D Schneider to help clients uncover the root cause of issues seeded in their past or present dealings. She deeply challenges her clients to facilitate the generation of creative action steps that they can take forward to consciously lead themselves and others on a path of greater fulfilment and purpose.
